- Advance their knowledge (and their career)
- Engage in thought-provoking sessions and discussions
Featured presentations include the following leaders in human resources:
Kevin Wheeler, CEO of Future of Talent Institution, will speak on upcoming trends which impact recruiters. He will touch upon how the changing economy and workforce will affect the role of HR professionals. Freelance workers, flexible work schedules, the Internet of Things, robotics, and automation are all affecting not only the workforce, but how recruiters function.
Dr. John Sullivan, a Silicon Valley talent thought leader, will discuss the top ten “bleeding edge” recruiting trends that the best firms are currently implementing or planning. Some of these trends include data-driven recruiting, succession planning of candidates, use of the television for employer branding, predictive metrics opportunities, and new uses for video in recruiting.
Dick Finnegan, CEO of C-Suite Analytics, will present on five business-driven actions to improve recruitment, engagement, and retention. Many HR professionals are seeking to get a seat at the C-level table, and Finnegan has some advice to keep your role as a people person, while gaining attention from C-level personnel. The session highlights information from his new book, HR’s Greatest Challenge.
Following the event are post-conference workshops for interested parties as well as a recruiter certification program led by Steve Lowisz from the Recruitment Education Institute. Those who register prior to July 31 will receive a $300 per person discount on the event.
